Steps to Manage Quit Day

You’ve decided to quit smoking. Congratulations! Your first day without cigarettes can be difficult. Here are five steps you can take to handle quit day and be confident about being able to stay quit.

Make a  Plan to stop smoking

Having a plan can make your day easier to leave. A plan leaves you the way to stay focused, confident and motivated to leave. You can build your own plan or find a program that works for you. But I suggest you make it easier the first day by sleeping more then other days . If you do not know what the leaving method can be for you, you can explore different leaving methods. No one can quit smoking easy .Leave yourself honest about your needs.
If you decide to keep the promise just 3 first days to stop smoking ,that’s all.

Keep the promise

Keep yourself away from smoking for 3 days and on the fourth day you will gain an independence. Achievement is an excellent way to stay smoke-free during the day you leave. Being in smoke will help you keep your mind on smoking and pull you out of your desires. Think of trying some of these activities:
Like what
Get out of the house for a walk.
Drink plenty of water.
Relax with deep breathing.
Get on with a job
Spend time with friends and family who do not smoke.

Keep the promise

The promise not to smoke has to be done over a long period of over 5 years.
At least 5 years the body can be cleansed and the need for smoking nicotine does not exist.

Risk if smoking starts

If you try again to smoke again
within 5 years, you will risk your health.
First, you will start smoking more than the better.
Secondly, you will strike or die the glands that produce nicotine in your body.
These glands remain dead and return (as remnants) to your body as a tumor gland.
In short, the biggest problem is not the ban on smoking but the beginning of smoking again.
