Thank you! Your tips inspired me! I hope I never smoke again. I am 36 years old and I have tried many times to quit smoking, but always without success. This time I am motivated and I am sure I will succeed.

I have been a smoker for 23 years. I am now 40 years old with many health problems due to cigarettes. I quit smoking about a month ago and I can’t believe it’s that easy. I’m really sorry I smoked so much time. Now I feel very well, I have shoes, I fall asleep easier, I now breathe calmly and I started playing sports. Life is great without cigarettes. It will change my whole life and I regret that it took me so long to realize it.

I am 35 years old. I am a mother of two children, whom I love very much and I will not have the chance to raise because I have lung cancer. I smoked for 15 years. It is not worth smoking and now that I no longer smoke, I understand how easy it is to quit smoking and live without them. I do not wish anyone to have my motivation. Quit smoking in time.

I have been a smoker for about 8 years. I want to share my story and how I quit smoking. My grandfather got lung cancer. He smoked a lot and didn’t even want to stop smoking until the end. I will not go into details about his last moments. This was my beloved grandfather because he had raised me. Thanks to his story, I got my motivation and quit smoking. I haven’t smoked in two years and I’m sorry for all the time I’ve lost and for all the damage I’ve done to myself. Life is wonderful without cigarette smoke.
